Reservation Confirmation Policy

You will receive an email confirmation after you place your reservation. This will be the only acknowledgment the Museum will send. Be sure to enter your email address correctly. Also, be sure that your email account will accept messages from non-preapproved senders. The Museum has seen error messages returned from Earthlink subscribers such as this example:

I apologize for this automatic reply to your email.

To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders I have approved beforehand.

If you would like to be added to my list of approved senders, please fill out the short request form (see link below). Once I approve you, I will receive your original message in my inbox. You do not need to resend your message. I apologize for this one-time inconvenience.

You can appreciate that the Museum can't afford to take extra measures to pre-authorize messages to your account. It will be presumed that you don't require reservation purchase acknowledgment in this case.
